Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and relationship skills.

Prolonged Exposure (PE)
Exposure-based work to reduce trauma-related avoidance and anxiety.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing for traumatic memories.

Specialist HSB Programme
A DBT-based programme (developed in Sweden) for harmful sexual behaviours.

Group Therapy


Adolescents that require better skills in managing their emotions to build healthy relationships.

Those who are under 12 years old and have experienced trauma

Support for Parents & Carers

When it feels like you have tried everything, we can help. We offer psychoeducation — practical information and support to understand and cope with your child’s difficulties.
